Last week, Film and Media students attended a showing of ‘Lady Bird’ at the Curzon in Soho.
The Guardian describes the Oscar-nominated and Golden Globe winning film as a ‘magical portrait of adolescence’. Lady Bird has a wonderful mix of funny and touching moments, and manages to gracefully navigate tough issues in a sensitive and light-hearted way. One of our students, Richard, said: ‘The film was thoroughly enjoyable and we all had a good evening out. I’d recommend it to anyone.’
