Congratulations to last year’s art student Nicholas Goodwin. Nicholas’ picture painted at Collingham is the runner-up in this year’s prestigious Royal College of Art - Young Art competition. Nick receives his prize from the Rector of the Royal College of Art, Dr Paul Thompson (below).
The work was shown alongside four other successful submissions by this year’s Collingham artists at a recent exhibition at the Royal College of Art in April. In addition, his picture has been chosen to be the cover of the competition's programme, also seen here on a banner outside the RCA:
